Guarantees
L’Bri guarantees all skin care and nutritional products for 30 days. If you find you are unsatisfied with the products or cannot use them for some reason, please contact your consultant, Cindy Gapinski for a refund. You will be required to ship the items back to the L’Bri office at your own expense. L’Bri color products – cosmetics – are not refundable due to incorrect color choice. Please contact me to receive free samples of the cosmetic colors of your choice. Please use this opportunity to try the products before you buy. Cosmetics purchased without sampling first will not be refunded if found to be the incorrect color. If you find that the color product is broken or defective, please contact Cindy Gapinski for a replacement.
